REFUND POLICY

 

Refund policy

Since the Website offers perishable goods we do not provide refunds after the product ships which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.

If you would like a refund on a product that has not shipped you must email us 7 business days prior to placing your order, we will issue you store credit.

Lost or stolen orders after delivery will not be reimbursed or re- made. Ensure you are home between the delivery window and contact us in advance if you will not be so we can re arrange a different time. 


Re-scheduling during a Natural Disaster - In the event an order has to be re scheduled during dangerous weather and road conditions we will reschedule the order to another date of your choice in which the roads are safe for our couriers to drive. Option of store credit is also given. No refunds will be given for re scheduling due to weather conditions.

Please Read Before Placing Order

  1. If you’re having any issues on our website please email us at info@charcuterievancouver.com and we can send you an invoice and place your order for you 
  2. If your delivery must be delivered at a certain time there is an expedited delivery fee. Please choose the correct delivery option at checkout
  3. If you’re ordering for the same day, please text/email us to confirm before placing it. 604 330 4061. 
  4. Please email or text/call for any custom orders or large events

CHRISTMAS EVE ORDERS WILL HAVE AN ADDED SURCHARGE AS OF FRIDAY DEC 20th to accommodate for overtime and last minute supply orders
