White linens are available for rental at $40 per table.
Tables
We are happy to set up on your tables. If needed, we have four 6' x 3' tables available for rent at $25 each.
Gratuity
Gratuity is optional and not automatically included.
Additional Rentals
We provide complimentary disposable plates, cutlery, and tongs.
For rentals of flatware, plates, glasses, wine glasses, or other dishware, we’re happy to accommodate.
This table includes 12+ types of premium and fine cheeses. 6+ types of premium and fine cured meats, a variety of spreads and dips, jams, seasonal fruit, olives, pickles, crackers, baguette, nuts, chocolate, dried fruit for decorations.
Our Brunch Grazing Table starts at $750 for 40 guests, with an option to add more for just $18 per additional person.
Available for setup between 8 am and 2 pm, this spread includes a delightful selection: waffles, dipped waffles, fruit scones, banana bread, croissants, fresh fruit, dried fruit, jams, cheeses, parfaits, Nutella, and more.
This table includes all of the above displayed on different levels.
You can include sandwiches, a burrata board, salads, veggie boards, prawn rolls and other canapés
We work with local artisan bakers to incorporate a beautiful dessert graze onto your tables.
This option has cupcakes, pastries, cake pops, cakes, and more. This option varies on pricing and must be discussed over email or phone call to your theme and budget.
We arrive at your venue 1-2 hours before your event begins. Grazing tables are best enjoyed fresh, so setup will occur no more than 30 minutes before the event starts.
Our flat-lay graze requires no item returns. However, for our multidimensional graze, items need to be returned by the weekend following your event. Alternatively, for a $50 fee, we can arrange for a courier to pick up the items and return them to our Kitsilano store.
Can I customize the graze table due to food allergies or preferences?
Absolutely - this is your event and your table. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions and incorporate your favorite meats, cheeses, jams, spreads, fruits, sandwiches, themes and more. Just let us know
What is required to confirm my booking? Can I cancel?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking date. You can re-schedule your table or use the credit of your deposit towards other items on our website. You must let us know a minimum of 6 weeks before your event. The deposit is non-refundable.
All tables have a delivery and set up fee depending on address and time of set up

This is a 50 inch by 24 inch table set up on the surface of your table, this requires us to come to your space and assemble the charcuterie table on-site
This table includes 8-12 types of premium cheeses, 5-7 types of premium cured meats, crackers, baguette, 3 types of dip, 2 types of jam jars, honey, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, edible floral decor.
Veggies can be incorporated at no extra cost, please request.

Multi dimensional graze tables are usually the only catering at an event and include a charcuterie graze table AND lots of canapés as add ons such as:

We have licensed servers on our team that can serve wine at your event to your guests.
This includes the wine, and the glassware rentals for $25 per person
Glassware and wine provided by you - the service cost will be $12 per person up to 50 people, $10, up to 100, $8 for 100+ people
